2. Pinterest Virtual Assistant
This is another great side hustle for introverts that I have personally done.
The job of a Pinterest virtual assistant is to manage the Pinterest accounts of your clients. Typical clients are bloggers, online business owners, or traditional brick-and-mortar business owners looking to expand their online presence.
As a Pinterest virtual assistant, your tasks might include:
- Creating Pinterest graphics using a program like Canva
- Uploading pins and writing pin titles and descriptions in Pinterest

Your Instagram account could get banned or shut down tomorrow, or the algorithm could change meaning that only a fraction of your followers actually see your content, but with an email list, you can always reach your subscribers.
4. Self-Publishing
If you are passionate about writing, you can make quite a bit of money from self-publishing ebooks! And even if you don’t like to write, you can make money publishing “low content” products such as journals and planners.
There are a couple routes you can go with this: self-publishing on Amazon through Kindle Direct Publishing, or self-publishing on your own blog/website.
I have personally written several ebooks that I earn thousands a month from completely passively, and I sell them on my blog because I have more control over them and can sell them for a higher price. With Amazon, you usually can’t sell your ebooks for as high of a price, and Amazon takes a cut.
